Most meetings held by the HFM board of directors are open for public attendance. People attending these meetings should only attend if they have business to address with the board.

 

Business may include, but is not limited to:

• An interest in serving as a volunteer or member of the board

• Questions, suggestions, or concerns requiring in-depth discussion

• Finalizing the authorization of an action, decision, or any related topics requiring
     the presence and approval of the board

• Reimbursement or payment for required goods/services provided to the market

• Legal matters

• Orientation or one on one training for the "WIC" or "Double Up FoodBucks" program

• Any other urgent matters that cannot be addressed via phone, e-mail, or other 
       forms  of communication
